Youth training is a passion for Mary and the AMP team. They love and respect kids—of all ages and backgrounds. With AMP’s youth training for kids and young athletes, certified coaches work closely with each individual girl or boy across a wide range of sports to emphasize speed, build core strength, agility, core stability and endurance, and develop confidence and better self-esteem.
